I have a Joomla site that uses the module RSTicketPro! and I want to improve:
allow the visitor to private parties
Retrieve the ticket number for display on a page after submission ticket.
Make a filter on the tickets posted for show only tickets non-confidential (A custom field (Confidential/No confidential) exists at the time of submission of the ticket)
