Template Clone 2

I need a clone of the template at http://www.iconspedia.com/
The clone should have the button rollover effects, the front page ajax loading tabs, and the nice forms

I want it to look 100% identical with looks size and colors. AFter that we can change the colors and icons.

Please Note.If you can’t do exact photocopy and the ajax tabs you will not be paid.
