Hello, and thank you for considering my project. Please review the entire project.
My goal is to be very specific with each detail so there is no confusion as to when a task is completed. I want this to be very quick and up and running asap.
If you do not make reference to specific areas of the project in your reply I will assume you have not read the full requirements and your proposal will not be considered.
My website is nearly complete, but it needs some fine tuning and Flash work. The fine tuning is straightforward and any developer should be able to complete it easily. The Flash work requires expert knowledge.
Please visit my website (www.shirtfast.com) and click on “Design Now” to view the Flash editor. Once inside the editor, add some text in the “Text Tool” box. This will open the text editor. Everything looks good to this point. However, I need to have the Following text effects added:
Arch Text
Bridge Text
Valley Text
Curve Text
Pinch Text
Bulge Text
Please visit www.customink.com and view their shirt editor to see samples of these text effects.
The fine tuning aspects for SHIRTFAST.COM are listed below:
A. Right Column Main Page: I am going to supply a new image that says “Bulk orders from $9.99!”. I would like to use this to replace the “Memories” image, and this will change positions with the Embroidery image/box.
B. When the new bulk order box is clicked by the user, it should open a simple page that instructs the user to open and create an account or sign in to an existing account. They then need to fill in a basic form where they can detail the order they want to make, upload an image, and submit the request for a price quote. It can be a simple text box for them to detail the quantity, color, sizes, etc., although drop down menus would be nice. The user should be able to attach an image.
C. Embroidery – Right column main page. Please correct the spelling error. Embriodry should be Embroidery. This box will be below the Bulk Orders box in the right column.
D. When users click on the Embroidery box, it should open a simple page that instructs the user to open and create an account or sign in to an existing account. They then need to fill in a basic form where they can detail the order they want to make, upload an image, and submit the request for a price quote. It can be a simple text box for them to detail the quantity, color, sizes, etc., although drop down menus would be nice. The user should be able to attach an image.

Shipping:
E. The Shipping feature does not work. Please correct issues so that the items in the shopping cart can be calculated by number of items or use a per item flat rate shown below:
1 item = 5.95
2 = 6.95
3 = 7.95
4-9 = 8.95
10-20 = 11.95
20-30 = 18.95
30-40 = 25.95
40-60 = 35.95
60-100 = 54.95
On the Flash Shirt Editor
F. Change “Customize the Product” (at the top) to “Start Designing Your Shirt!”.
G. When you click “buy this design” it launches an unattractive “waiting for server” message. Please update with something more professional looking.
H. Price. The price defaults to $14.00 when you click buy now, although it says 17.99 on the shirt editor. The price should be 17.99 per shirt. I’ve tried changing it on the OS Commerce admin page but it doesn’t change on the Flash Editor or Checkout Page. Please make the change and show me how make changes in the future. I should be able to change the price of the shirt from the OSCommerce admin page. The price should be consistent throughout the Flash Shirt Editor, Checkout Page, and OSCommerce admin page.
I. Save Design. Users should be able to save their design. This would require them to create an account. If they have created a design and click “Save Design”, it should be saved to their account. If they don’t have an account, they will be prompted to create an account. Once the account is created, the new design will be uploaded to their account.
So you see, we have some flash issues, pricing issues, shipping issues, and layout issues.
I’m looking forward to working with you. Please submit your detailed response as quickly as possible.
Warm Regards,
Shirtfast.com
