Receive DMX from RS485 Chip (using Microchip AN1076) buffer, and have three output possibilities:
1. Serial Out, Polled, Start Address, Number of Bytes
2. Parallel Out, Clock Out, Real Time
3. Internal Latch of Buffer (Double Buffered)
