We are upgrading current site, and want to use the ruby on rails framework and create either a custom CMS or modify a current extension.

Front page slide show (no flash based)

Ease of use
User permissions
SEO control
URL renaming
Landing page template
We are looking for someone with experience in ruby on rails, CMS, php, etc. This is one of many projects, and will lead to many more jobs.
