I looking for good and smart designer who can make a new design of header of my website (www.donne-russe-single.it)

Please NOTE VER CAREFULLY that:
I dont have the PSD files and also could be not easy to edit the CSS files as there are some fake classes in the CSS file and also some redundant classes, so that could be very difficult to understand the CSS logic.
Please answer if you really can do this job avoiding to make me loose time.
