We require a competent designer to do a few modifications to a flash file we already have developed. Changes are minimal and we are looking for someone to assist on it right away. We also require some enhancements to be done to the Layout and Flash however this will be a different project and will be awarded to whoever can finish this with good quality and quick turnaround.
We have been burnt by previous freelancers so there will be NO Escrow. All payment will be only made after successful completion of the project.
We are looking to incorporate the layout to Joomla and create a couple of pages. We will award this project next if someone can do a good job on this one.
