I want something exactly like this: damnlol.com – it’s incredibly simple.
The exact set-up, exact space for advertisements. And widgets area below the post.
This can be made via a simple script, with a simple administration panel to add new posts
Simple admin settings, like new logo upload, website description, website keywords, website meta tags, website title. the usual!
Advertising spaces One big skyscraper on top, 2 300×250 ad spots on the right of the content, just like damnlol.com – pretty much everything the same

Or to edit a current wordpress theme which I already have or that you have.
