I need a secure project application system
all info is encrypted with a secure browser based secure doc viewer
all info, corresspondence is logged
with all deletion, changes, addition shown on all documents with date and time stamp
Preferable open source with integration to payment gateway
user will register with email and handphone verification
user fill fill in all personal, company, project details
only the admins and project officers can view the info
user can be asked to provide more info or scan doc to submit
once submission is approved
the sytem will send proposal to a committee of evaluators
the evaluator’s account will be entered by the admin
the evaluators will give comments, rectification, make suggestions, give rating, give a go or not go or asked for more info or changes
all evaluators’ action is log on the doc with date and time stamp
once a project has collect enough go for the evaluators (Settable)
the project will be forwarded to a committe of approval
the same process will be like with the evaluators
once a go is given to the project the user is inform and the admin will process the project accordingly.
