I’m looking for a RELIABLE programmer who can READ, UNDERSTAND and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS in English. My two previous posts for this project have been a fiasco. Long wait and in the end I was presented with something I hadn’t asked for. If you don’t meet these basic requirements, please don’t waste my time. Time is of the essence so please don’t bid “1 day” if you cannot deliver the project in one day. Be honest and realistic. Whatever YOU SAY before placing the bid is not as important as WHAT YOU DO after being awarded the project. It’s just common sense.
