Requirements:

..Need the ability to save documents by an Account Id and Account Name

..need the ability to add commnents for each uploaded file
..Need the ability to display all document in a list for an Account
Project Objective:
Upload, store, retrieve document for an Account.
User story( View ):
..User select an Account (.i.e. Company A)
..System displays all files for that Account
..User press on the document name to view contents
User story( Upload ):
..User select an Account (.i.e. Company B)
..User press the Upload button
..System displays a Upload UI in modal window
..User browse their directories to find the files for upload
..User selects file for uploading
..User enter the file name name and description
..User press the upload button the file is store for retrieval

Developer must provide a demo of solution before payment is made
Developer must deliver this project within 7 days of accepting.
Project will be canceled if project is late.
Payment will not be made if project is late.
