We need a self-standing, self contained desktop multi-media for windows and mac to present our guitar lesson content.
This new player would replace/upgrade our exisitng player, which can be seen here:

The new player MUST have the following features…
– Use an XML file to specify art elements for a particular courses as well as the course videos, PDFs, MP3s, Text and other lesson assets.
– Play both FLV or SWF files
– Video player MUST include full screen and looping feature (where user can set a start point in the video, an end point and then activate a loop of that section of the video).
Other specifications will be provided to qualified bidders.
