There are no CSS issues (IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari) , if they occur during your work, you MUST fix them.

REQUIREMENT SUMMARY:

1. Complete work in progress for FAQ, osTicket and Live Chat – 85% Complete
– for example fix add attachment feature in osTicket.

2. Code FAQ, osTicket and Live Chat databases against sql injection

3. Use SOAP function (API) that will be provided to integrate/sync FAQ, osTicket and Live Chat with main site (membership) so member’S data can be pulled into forms/tickets/livechat, for example, member id, email, name, etc.

4. Use API or integration codes to be provided to sync purple Header, Menu and Footer with main site.
:: when completed changes on main site to header, menu and footer should show immediately on help pages.

5. Complete Admin setup with 3-level admin that exists in osTicket, setup tab to manage, edit, add and/or delete staff
