I’m looking for a programmer that can create a lecture notes recording software. This software can edit the project file which consist of “pages” or “frames” like a powerpoint file and produce the end result in flash.
The software should be able to produce flash files similar to this website hxxp:// my home tuition . com /lessons/368

The 2 softwares has 2 versions:
Software 1
Inputs to software:
1. Wacom Bamboo CTH460 Digital Pen or other writing tablets input (multicolour writing ability)
2. Live Mic audio or wave file input
3. Ability to insert Powerpoint slides or ability to convert powerpoint slides into “pages” in the project)
4. Ability to insert Images (jpeg, bmp, gif) into “pages”
First Software details:
1. Save as editable video in many frames or pages
2. The recording is separated by the frames (each frame will have their audio input, writing pad input which will start and stop before next frame begins eg. Different *.wav files)
3. Ability to start, pause, continue the recording
4. The saved project file is not playable as standalone video outside the software (eg. Save as project file *.prj such as in online photobook softwares)
5. User able to open the project file inside software to edit the slides but not able to export the file
6. File size of project file should be as small as possible (has audio encoding format option)
7. Software has unique installation key or password for each copy distributed to users (so software can be distributed but cannot be pirated)
8. Ability to upload project file via internet to specific fixed server address
9. Each project has default starting and ending frame slides that cannot be edited
Software 2
1. All function same as software 1
2. Ability to convert project file into flash file (secureSWF or something else that is secure) for uploading
