It uses the Accentuate theme (http://themeforest.net/item/accentuate-premium-wordpress-3-theme/full_screen_preview/114003)
The Featured Listings (portfolio page) is gallery page but it needs to be modified so that the thumbnails are representative of the posts they represent (featured images and text/links).
The Featured Listings (portfolio) page needs modification for the following:
– incorporate a grid style display of posts via thumbnails using the jquery effect as seen at http://themeforest.net/item/cocoon-wordpress-template/full_screen_preview/115298.
– each thumbnail representing the post will be uploaded as the Featured Image when creating the post.
– passing the mouse over the thumbnails makes it slide open to reveal text and links.
– the text will be the following info: address, price, and a short description (one sentence)
– the two links will be “Property Website” (external link) and a link to the actual post
