We currently receive Appraisal and BPO work from a large client data base in our area. Most orders that are sent out are as a broadcast email to many vendors at the same time. The first vendor to log in to the website and accept the order (or accept by clicking a link on the email), is assigned the work.
We are looking for programmers who may be able to create an auto-accept program that will refresh and pick up orders as they come in. Depending on which client this is for, We are willing to pay $200-250 for initial program set up. Once testing is complete and the program is functional, we are willing to continue to pay on a per-order-accepted basis.
Some of the companies we are looking for programs for are Valuation Partners and Mark to Market.
