New front page, update the design and layout, new functionalities, improve existing functionalities, better Search Engine Optimization for better PageRank,etc.
I have today an OsCommerce V2 that has been updated with different modules and it runs in two different languages.
The existing functionalities I want to keep, some will need few adjustments like Newsletter, Points, welcome e-mail template, order confirmation must also be updated,
the Special Offer module I want to add start date on it, Cross-Sell admin needs improvement and be random and not manually, category with pictures of the products, amount other small things.
I need to keep my payment gateways that I have for credit card, invoice service, and I want to add PayPal. I want the web shop to have new functionalities, such Deal of the day, zoom pictures
functionality, blog page, separated login for ask promotional free merchandise, Press Photos, competition page where customers win products, be able to add video, Face Book and Tweeter

The online video presentation, like the main feature from this web site: www.onsitevideos.com. I would like to be able to add my on video presentation in some of my info pages. It must be easy to
change or updates videos without needing help from a programmer each time.
It is important that this “make-over” and new functionalities are easy to administrate (WYSIWYG) as I do not handle HTML or other codes.
I don’t know if it is easy to start from a new platform, but what is important for me is that the payment gateways works and all functionalities work fine and are easy administration and that the site is
search engines friendly.
As my web shop is up and running it is very important the updates and changes do not affect customers or cause disturbance.
The programmer for these adjustments will also be the one I will use in the feature for support, updates and extra tasks for this web shop.
I expect a programmer that can program well, is flexible, can keep DEAD LINES (Please!) – do test functionalities before me and make sure everything works fine and looks fine, has good
structure skill are well organised, can follow instruction from requirement list, do understand English well in order to avoid misunderstandings, and understand the importance
of good layout and design.
