We wish to build 100+ quality links with PR4 and higher to a travel holiday accommodation site.
These must be true proper html links from sites with PR4+ and preferably from homepage.
The site that is hosting the link must be indexed in Google and the page on which the link is on, should rank well for its own terms (Travel, accommodation etc).
NO spam links, no guestbook spam or comment spam. We are only interested in quality links and will specify the anchor text 5-7 different terms..
Project Brief:
All links must be on sites that are travel – tourism – accommodation related. We will require the successful contractor to submit a spreadsheet containing the URL, PR, and IP address of each link acquired.
1. Report actual PR of the page linking, not the main page
2. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, blogs, etc.
3. One link per IP/domain/Class-C
4. No more than 30 outbound links per page
5. All links must be indexable by Googlebot (no rel=nofollow, or robots.txt blocking)
6. No penalised/banned sites from Google
7. No illegal/warez/explicit adult sites.
8. Nothing considered “bad” by Google
9. No paid links
10. Links added will be permanent on the ranked page and not a link that moves to other pages as other links are added.

We are not interested at this stage in any extras. We have three other sites which will require the same service and a successful contractor can expected more work on a regular basis.

Payment will be by PayPal
We will not use Escrow but we will pay 25% of the contract up front by PayPal.
A Further stage payments could be agreed at 50%.
You must be available by Skype (Phone and Messaging) during the project on a regular basis.
