I am experienced with vbulletin but not styles/gfx. I need a forum style made as well as a banner and 2-3 custom gfx. I know pretty well style wise what I want. I had this style “http://www.forumflux.com/forum/index.php?styleid=243” and was quite happy with it however it is not available for 4.1.
As an added bonus if the work is done at a top level I have 2 very high traffic vbulletin sites that will require themes made as well and will be able to offer you that work as well.
