Fix Image Uploader/checkout Process For My Website

I have an online printing store, where people upload images for printing and pay online.

For people to place an order, there are three steps:

People select a Width, then a Height and a total cost is displayed.
They then browse and select an image, and select upload.
They then press add to cart.
To checkout, they then click View Cart, where their order size & total cost is displayed.
They then enter their details, and select a payment methods.

Payment methods include:

Paypal/Credit Card
Bank Deposit
Cheque
Scoopon Voucher

Once someone has checked-out – they + we get a confirmation email with a tracking #. The tracking # can be entered on the website to show the persons name, image name uploaded & total cost.

Right now the upload process is flawed/more or less broken.

I want someone to implement a new / flawless uploading system that works with paypal checkout and the other payment methods.

Preferabley, I want it so that when someone uploads the image and checks out, the images are saved to the server in a unique folder [called the persons name]. Within the folder would be the persons image (s), along with a text document that tells us their shipping address + sizes selected.

Lastly – we had a sale recently where we gave out 3500 unique codes. When someone goes to checkout, and enters one of these 3500 codes, we want the cost of 1x of the products to revert to $0 [the product would be a 51x71cm print]. When the code is used, we want it to be unusable [i.e. only useable once] and we want to be able to download the list of codes with ease, to see how many have been used etc].

We want someone with experience – this needs to be a good job. Please don’t bid if you can only do something that only half works.
