This project consists of the following:
1. Two (2) similar, very close to identical websites carrying two different themes. Similar layouts, wording and structure are to be used. Meta tag and SEO will differ slightly based on the content of each site.
I have some ideas of what I want, but would like the designer to also provide some ideas of what might work better. I might need recommendations for color schemes as well. Although I have some in mind.
I think each site will be around 10 pages, but again the content will almost be identical only that the two services will be different. One thing that needs to be kept in mind though is that each site needs to crosslink with the other. That means if service B is selected on webpage A, that the user will be rerouted to website B.
The site design should be left easy for me to edit by myself using composer html editor only. this editor can be found in the seamonkey web brower. I say easy because once I start editing text, I do not want margins and things to start changing the layout of my site. It must be contained well. I will make adjustments often so it needs to be clean and easy for me to edit.
These sites should be done in HTML. I believe the sites are going to be very easy to develop as I have pretty much everything already.
This site may be in two languages, so there should may need to be a place to switch languages at the top on each site and each page. I have not determined 100% if I want this yet, so this should be optional, not sure how difficult this is to do.
2. Google Adsense will need to be implemented on each site showing non-competitor websites only. Basically you will have to tell me the sizes and colors I should use for best effect and then I can create them and send you the script.
3. E-mail forms will need to be created for each site using cgi script. My hosting I believe supplies me with a cgi location to add the scripts.
4. Two similar, but different graphic/artwork pictures will need to be produced from the designer. These pictures are small, only to be used in the upper left corner of the website next to the website name.
5. Implementaion of at least RSS and Facebook and a couple of others, so that people can recommend and share our site with their friends.
6. Implementation of yahoo news, (I.E. pulling news from yahoo to show up on our site. However, this script will be using a non-english text, so I am not sure if the designer will be able to handle this part or not, we can discuss.
7. Inplementation of a Favicon.ico Icon.
8. Site should be designed for optimal speed and search engine finding for top results.
9. Designer should be from an English speaking Western country.
Site will be paid for 100% after the work is complete.

In addtion: other projects in the future may be avaialble as I have many sites that need to be redone, or created. As well as marketing and other things I need. A job well done on this project would almost insure that I use the designer again.
