I wish to undertake a Link Building campaign and im looking for an experienced and quality link builder.
I already have a considerable knowledge of seo and Link Building so dont bother bidding if you think you will be able to get away with black or grey hat techniques, everything will be checked.
I want quality work and quality results.
* Each Link must be from a completely separate IP address.
* General directories will not be accepted.
* Links should contain the target keyword/keyphrase that we’ll deliver as a text Anchor Link. There will be multiple URL’s and anchor links used.
* Links cannot be from framed pages
* Links cannot be through a javascript

* PR of site must be on the Linking page not the domain’s
* Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages
* Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag
* All Links need to be permanent
* All Links should be free and not on paid sites.
* No Link farms.
* No more than 20 Links on the Link page.
* Links must have relevant theme to my site (Real Estate Oriented).
* No Links using any automated techniques or black-grey hat techniques of blog comment spam, referrer spam or ANY other shady tactic.
* No Link exchange programs or web rings such as Linkpartners.com, BackLinks.com, GotLinks.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
* Links must be permanent
* Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days
* All Links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel=”nofollow”, robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
* Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
* No Link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No Links within newsgroups
* I must review your Links first
– Links Building ( high-quality PR4+ one way-non reciprocal relevant permanent Links, with various anchor texts from good quality sites, etc … )
-Link Building proof / I want 300+ Links into my site from PR 4+
-NO reciprocal Links
No more than 10 Links are to be posted each day and i want a daily report of which Links have been posted on that day which will be checked daily.
You’ll have to provide me with all the Links submitted for verification
I will pay through escrow.
