I have a very awesome “landing page form” I want to put together, which I did in PSD. Is not a hard site to
code from what I’ve heard.

I need to make it so each script I upload has easy to set up, and some way so people cant sell my script something where purhaps have to have a key?
Stage 1-5 are a bunch of fields users can fill out and go onto the next step. They have the options to go back, all the field data needs
to stay so if im on stage 4 and go back to stage 1 I can see all the information I put in.
On the 5th stage there is a button rollover for go back/review and submit, if they click review it will show all their information from
stage 1,2,3,4, and 5.
The back button and next button also have a rollover I want to use.
On the index page just use the static image.
The admin spot needs a spot for people to upload their own logo for thier company and automatically resize it, change password, email and their name.
If you notice in the pictures there is numbers at the top right, depending what stage your on
the numbers change and the background level changes (starts from blue to yellow to orange to red)
I need this to look exactly like the psd.
There are only a few “required” fields.
Once this is completed, the fields are then all stored in the back end and a email sent as well. In the back admin side they can add/remove/edit
the pages that are showing on the footer. (the admin psd shows the page option open up for sub menus.
