I need someone who is familiar with the 3rd party program PHP Live to do some modications to the script.
Basically what I am looking for is when someone clicks on live support, it does not ask them which department they want. We run a gaming website, and I want it so when you click “Halo Reach Support” you would automaticalyl be taken to that department (granted it is online).
Currently if you click on live support, it would ask you to select a department.
I’d also like to add two new fields that would show up for the admin when the live chat request is accepted. This is explained more in the document i attached.
