the tasks include the following:
– fix all the issues I have with the website (see the pdf)
– upgrade our OScommerce to newest version
bidder must do the following:
– able to update us daily or every second day.
– must sign the NDA
– need to meet the deadline
– must fix ALL issues, not 50%, or 60%, but 100%
