We need a PHP script that allow us to make custom minisites for various property/ real estate domains (e.g. propertyinMunich.com, realestateinTanger.com etc).
This will be based on changing DNS of required domain and the simply adding them on the control panel.
The site should be simple allowing the upload of relevant image for each location and making it possible for users to add their own content about the local property scene.
The developer must be professional in PHP and deliver clean clear script.
Admin Section:
1 Admins can add domains in bulk
2 Each site needs a text-area for initial 1-2 paragraph
3 Ability to add related image
4 Change title
5 Change meta Tags
6 Change Sub Title
7 Review visitor submitted comments
8 Simple ad slots capable of taking network ad codes, like Adsense
9 Based on keywords, get news stories regarding city, country etc from various news sources like Google news and first link to each news story from the front page plus create a custom page for each story text.

1 Simple site
2 Users ability to there and then submit a comment about their regions property scene.
