I need an application that can calculate buying and selling prices for stocks based on a simple formula for switching between stocks in a group. The app must also allow uploading of historical data in csv format to run back-testing and produce report or trading results and profitability.
Can do on Excel but very manual. Needs a database application created. Please quote. More detailed info as required. Thanks.
