I have a very awesome “landing page form” I want to put together, which I did in PSD. Is not a hard site to
code from what I’ve heard.
There is:
Index Page
Stage 1
Stage 2
Stage 3
Stage 4
Stage 5
Thank You Page
Generic Page
Login Page
Admin Page (Very simple just shows a list of all filled out forms, nothing simple)
Stage 1-5 are a bunch of fields users can fill out and go onto the next step.
If you notice in the pictures there is numbers at the top right, depending what stage your on
the numbers change and the background level changes (starts from blue to yellow to orange to red)
I need this to look exactly like the psd.
There are only a few “required” fields.
Once this is completed, the fields are then all stored in the back end and a email sent as well.
Pretty Simple!
