I need a Joomla Extension that will allow for real estate companies to have their listings automatically updated via an FTP source of data, i.e. homes, pictures, data, etc….
this will be an on going project as we offer our service to many clients and we are switching over to services platform of Joomla.

Addtionally, we would like to have 5 Joomla templates / themes created exclusive to our project. All templates should be interchangeble within the Joomla control panel, i.e. client may change look of web site by selecting a specific theme within Joomla control panel.
Additionally, I need the slide show feature to have ability to play music while being played on/off and a screen darkening effect while the slide show is playing.
On going service – we will need ongoing support with current customers and new customers.
