Tweak Access Database Template

I’d like to customize a stock access template (Customer Service, located under Contacts folder in 2007 template folder). Presently there is a single field for “customer”. I’d like to add a second customer field, and also contact fields for Realtor, Other Attny, Bank Attorney, Loan Officer. I want each of these fields to behave the same as the “customer” field (enter fresh text, prompt to add to customer details form and table, able to double click to view or edit the already entered info, etc.). Also, it would be nice to use the title “Client” instead of “Customer” on user interfaced forms and reports, as we are a small two person law firm. Thanks in advance for quotes. William
