This should be a fun project for someone that likes to work with filemaker. I would do it, but I don’t have time.
Objective
To set up an email system in filemaker that will allow us to
1/. Send emails to a large email database
2/. To have a tracking system for bounce backs and opt-outs and non-deliverables
3/. To allow us to personalize messages/ subject line and sender by linking to data in an external file

Work to be done
Create a new system to do this or adapt a system already developed by someone else.
On delivery you will need to import our email accounts into the system

Payment:
Funds will be deposited in escrow at the beginning of the project
50% will be paid when the system is working
50% will be paid when we are delivered the final system with our emails imported into the database
Timings:
The project needs to be completed by January 15

No. our current files are in filemaker
Will you retain rights to use the system later
Sure. No issues for us.
