Need a new penny auction script for a penny auction website. The script used to create the website can be generic penny auction coding, or completely original. Our goal is to find a programmer with penny auction experience, and will understand our project. the first step is to create a plain but fully functional version of our website. this step is just the beginning, then we would like features added as the site progresses.
