Looking for someone to create a script with an admin panel to make it easy for us to create website templates that can make several of the same sites, but making all these sites unique. A few sites out there that we want to kind of mimic are:

We want the admin area to be in such a way we can upload all the photos, rename them to suite the website name and keyword we’re trying target. The scrip should allow us to set title, description update header, footer and body of the page – basically should be able to do everything on the fly from the admin area. Having a lot of domains, we need to adapt this all those domains – while keeping each site unique.
