I have a website designed in a PSD. It contains a homepage design and 2 sub page designs. I am looking for someone to convert this to HTML.
I expect this code to be validated with 0 errors using. The site should look the same in IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera. IE6 would be nice, but is not a requirement.
