I am looking for someone who can make me a script that does the following:
I want it to have a main page with 5 headings, beside or just below each heading it needs to have one of those selection menu bars, example:

And I need to be able to link each selection in that menu to a specific mp3 file, so for each of the 5 headings someone will need to be able to choose their mp3 file from the 5 menus and then at the bottom some type of submit button that will add those mp3 links to a playlist and then play those 5 mp3 files in order for them. (The mp3 playing script can be some somewhere else but I essentially need the whole choosing part and playing script put together so its a simple ftp upload to the site and it will be running)
Oh the script wont be embedded in any page so I really just need a blank page with the menu and mp3 player and all
The budget isnt set in stone, so let me know if your price if you can do it asap
