I am developing a website that needs the following functionality. I need users to be able to connect to each other on a peer-to-peer setup on webcams. Every 15-20 seconds, I need the connection to switch so that you see a different person every 15-20 seconds. I need you to work with an existing team of developers to integrate this into my site. The setup would be very similar to chatroulette. However, no audio would be necessary and no chatting would be necessary. The switch every 15-20 seconds would have to be smooth and connections would have to be made instantaneously.
