Meetha

Hello!

We are planning to launch a mobile crepe cart in Islamabad, Pakistan. The customers will have an option between various topping on a basic crepe, according to the seasonal fruits available, while some toppings will remain permanent. For example Nutella Banana topping on a crepe.

The name ‘Meethalicious’ is an amalgamation of English and Urdu (local language) and means “Sweet-licious” but meetha can also mean ‘dessert’ in Urdu.

Initially we will start off with selling only crepes, phase two will entail selling various other products including non-sweet crepes (spinach, chicken etc), baked goods, ice-creams, corn flakes with various toppings etc.

The theme we have decided for this venture is 60’s based, whereas the music, menu items and graphic branding (where you come in!) will all exude this rocknroll-60’s-love-children-ish theme. For example, we plan to call out Nutella Banana crepe concoction the “Yellow Submarine”.

Designing wise; we want to see swirls, flowers, colors, guitars, an overall vibrant theme which personifies and resonates (literally!) the feel of an era gone by. The target market for the product is mass based and we are depending on a high turnover rate for profits hence don’t over intellectualize the design.

IMPORTANT:

*Keep in mind while designing branding that the attached images are merely skeletal structures of the kind of cart it is going to be
*We don’t have measurements, hence extrapolate from the cart images for now
*We don’t have access to all the materials available internationally for branding purposes, so please suggest a range, usually we use metal or chip board with vinyl skins pasted on top
