I need a professional developer with documented PSD to Joomla theme conversions experience to create a Joomla theme starting from a PSD design.
The design itself has a main page and a subpage which are very similar (see the attached files).
Finished template should look exactly as the original PSD design and it should meet the following requirements:
– tabless W3C compliant XHTML/CSS template
– collapsible modules with flexible positioning
– hand written and properly commented code
– meaningful CSS classes and images naming scheme
– cross-browser compatibility
– basic SEO optimizations features
– 3-5 days timeline
Winning programmer will upload and configure the template on existing joomla site, installing extra modules as necessary.
