I need an api built based on a written spec that can be provided.
A client will submit xml to the api and include a key for authentication. You will need to create an admin tool that creates the keys (create, suspend, delete).
The api needs to be scalable and accept many submissions per second. The api will need to use the xml submitted to perform the commands and return a response code of success or failure.
The api will manipulate files on an ftp server and javascript templates. Full spec will be provided.
Example: Create a new file- the api will then create the new file and return a new file id that was created.
The responses submitted must also be stored in a database. You will need to setup the database.
You should have a solid knowledge of javascript.
A test client will need to be created to submit commands to the api and test it.
