Zen Cart Template

Hi there

I am putting together a e-commerce project and have decided to use Zen Cart.

Now I like the look of these two templates…

I wanted to know if someone can customise a template like this from the original ZenCart theme.

If you think you can do it for cheaper than the template price they are charging ($140), please let me know.
