I need to make some changes to a magento website.

Please look at the attached image of the links that I want added to the website.
They are links to an external website (livejasmin.com and/or streamate.com) which I want put on all the menu, profile and city pages of the website.
I also want two banners (one vertical banner on the left and one horizontal below the thumbnails)
put on the following pages and their subpages:

basically every page of the website needs a banner
I would like to be shown how I can change the banners for any future changes.
