We have a number of APPS for IPhone & Droid that need developed, more than just one project. A few are heavy graphics. I used to be a coder, but have gone into marketing, and have not kept up my skill. Thus, I can follow along, but it is faster and more efficient to find people who already know this. You will need to be able to go from detailed drawings, sketches, instructions, etc., to finished product.
