I would like to build a webbased home inventory application. Clients should be able to create an account and register their home inventory by uploading fotos and tagging these fotos. The application should automatically calculate the value of the total inventory, calculate depreciation and uploading documents (receipts/warranty) that should be linked to these tags/products.

I want to have all the features of Docuhome and some that have been listed above, including the sitedesign.
