I am looking for possibly individual female developer for a long period of time. Either on salary or on contract base. I have an idea of a website which uses third party API and bascially it will be called affiliate marketing website.
I prefer to have lady developer since this will be long term business and I believe that women are always quiet and best in work and also they are stable! But this certainly do not put any restrictions I will be open for any candidate or small size company for this.
