We need a very simple facebook photo contest app. Specs as follow:
1. App displays in the tab, user don’t leave the fanpage
2. Admin uploads the photos, users cannot.
3. Description of the contest above photos.
4. For that we need admin panel with all the upload photos and texts options.
5. Every photo accompanied with a visible caption and click-able for enlarged view.
6. Voting engine is one vote per user, must be a page fan.
7. User may post the choice on his/her wall.
8. Tab text and all the other are not in English (we provide fixed texts later).

10. Post-vote app layout (and for returning user) contains short post-vote description and displays user’s choice as featured photo, and all the other photos underneath.
