I am using a wordpress theme which comes with its own widgets.

For the tab, “Most Comment” I’ve added a customize code so that only top comments from the last 24 hrs will be visible.
However this code has affected my widgets on the homepage which doesnt allow it to appear on homepage and doesn’t allow the widget to appear twice in different places at the same time (home page + inside post).
The code is:

So what I need is the widget to work whilst having the customize code for top comments in the last 24 hrs.
