I need someone to Develop an application to schedule an Exam on any available Skills (subjects or higher levels) and apear for the exam online. The aplication should provide the results, performance grading and Skill Rating as well.
Attached business requirements document list the requirements in greater detail.
This application can be developed using java technologies with backend as Oracle 10g or higher. Also, an option is open to develop the exam in .net platform with MSSQL Server as backend.
