Googledocs Api – Create Form On Site To Feed To Spreadsheet

Create a form that will feed into into a Google Spreadsheet using Gdocs API.

The form has ~20 fields.

Basically, if you’ve ever done anything w/ the Google Docs API, it shouldn’t be a big deal.
