I need you to take just the posts table from my old WordPress site and import all the posts into my new WordPress site.
The full database is too big to import so just import the posts alone.
Do it via PHPMYADMIN/ftp/hosting control panel.
No SSH/shell access is available.
Once you import them then make a menu in the footer of my WordPress site that lists all of my posts and pages.
This is an easy job for a qualified person.
