I require a web site to allow people to discuss their cooking, showcase their cooking and even sell their cooknig to their community, this will allows chefs to showcase their talent and perhaps make money on the side.

the web site should allow each member to build a profile page similar to facebook.
I am seeking designers who are creative in what they build, the key selection criteria will be designers who build nice clean elegant sites.
I am not after a flashy site.. I am looking for a functional site that is clean and easy for the user to use.

Make sure your links work, a lot of members here post links that do not work, I will ignore any designer who posts links that do not work as that shows bad quality.
Deliverable is a fully functioning site developed in asp.net, use CSS styling and NOT images to layout the page.
The site layout shold be something like, top navigation, a place to set a big banner page in the middle with content under the banner image.
